Roast pumpkin and cashew dip

INGREDIENT

  • Approx 200 grams pumpkin, roasted
  • 120 grams unsalted raw cashews
  • 65 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 40 grams Olive Oil 
  • 10ml apple cidar vinegar
    sprinkle of paprika

STEPS:

  1. Process in blender until combined to desired consistency.
